Well this is the 3rd or 4th time i have used Oak View. This time it was a frozen pipe. I called Rebecca that day and Tim was out the next. Even with all the calls and appointments they've had with this abnormally cold weather they still got me taken care of in a very quick professional manner. They always take care of us and get us back to normal. Its just a shame they dont work on cars or they'd be under my hoods as well!
